A small manicure includes exfoliation of the hands and forearm area, as well as light massage of the fingers and hands. It may involve special additives to the soaking solution.

In giving a soothing spa manicure, after filing the nails and giving a good massage to the hands and arms, coat your client's hands halfway up the arm with warm soft wax, let it harden and remove gently. Leave it on for around 20 minutes or so and remove.

Remove old nail polish, cover hands with a warm, damp wash cloth. Dry the hands, clip the cuticles, shape the nails with a file, and buff to smooth. Apply polish, sometimes followed by a clear top coat. Finish with a quick hand/arm massage with or without lotion.

Well in giving a spa manicure. You have to have the patient relax. Then you will actually clean all of the nails properly. Then apply an alcohol base. Then you cut the nails off and then you will glue on some fake nails. Then paint with french manicure nail polish.
