Have the phone company place a "trap" on your telephone line. The originating number of all incoming calls will be captured and logged for use by the police.

Make a documentation of the time that the calls are coming in and on what days. Then contact the phone company and let them know what is going on and see if they can block that number from calling you. Then file a complaint with your local law enforcement agency.

Best idea is keeping a collar ID phone so that you can find out from which no the person is calling you. You lodge a complaint in Telephone Exchange to watch the incoming phone calls to your phone and detect the number. thereafter you can lodge complaint in Police Helpline.
