First off you need to identify the reason as to why it is that you feel that way. The next thing to do is to let the person that's doing this know and try to find a mutual agreement. If this still doesn't work then maybe its time for you reevaluate why you've let it go on.

If you feel that someone is taking advantage of you then you should confront them directly, either alone or with a nuetral person present. The best way to to clearly state your feelings, but to not blame the other person.

You should approach that person. The best way to deal with anyone that you have a problem with is to directly, and diplomatically speak with them about it.

If you feel someone is taking advantage of you, ask them why they are doing so. If they don't have an answer, or won't tell you, then take positive steps to stop their actions. Try to make people around you understand what is going on.

You need to talk to this person and tell them you feel that your relationship is one-sided and that it has been bothering you for quite a while.

It depends on the relationship: if this is a family member, friend or colleague and you can be honest, do so. If it is a superior or boss, be careful.
